This course can be delivered online over 2 full days or 4 half-day sessions.
The course combines theory and hands-on exercises across the following topics:
- Introduction to Project Management: definitions, key concepts, and the role of the project manager;
- Project Life cycle: from initiation to closure;
- Project Planning Basics: scope, schedule, cost, and resource planning;
- Risk Management and Stakeholder Engagement;
- Tools and Techniques: Gantt charts, WBS, responsibility matrices, and simple reporting tools;
- Best Practices and Common Pitfalls.
