Hi, I'm Alessandro Perez.

I work with organizations, leaders and professionals to navigate complex change through a systemic and human-centered perspective.

Over the past 15+ years I have worked at the intersection of project management, customer experience, and organizational transformation, helping companies translate strategy into decisions, projects and concrete results.

My professional journey

My career developed across different roles: project manager, consultant, trainer and lecturer.

Working with companies in different sectors, I have seen a recurring pattern. Many organizations invest in strategy, technology and projects, yet the results often remain fragmented: projects are delivered, initiatives are launched, tools are implemented but something still feels misaligned. Over time, this observation led me to focus less on individual problems and more on the system behind them.

That is where the foundations of the ViR-AL^® approach started to emerge.

What shaped my approach

Three areas have had the greatest influence on how I work today.

Project and Change Management: Years of experience managing and advising on complex initiatives have taught me that delivery alone is not enough. Projects must generate lasting value.
Customer Experience and Service Design: Working on CX strategies revealed how deeply customer outcomes depend on internal alignment, culture and decision-making processes.
Learning and experimentation: Continuous learning — from agile methodologies to AI and systems thinking — helped me explore new ways to observe organizations and understand how change actually unfolds.

These experiences gradually converged into what is now the ViR-AL^® perspective.

Why I created ViR-AL^®

In many organizations the real challenge is not the lack of ideas, projects or tools. The challenge is coherence.

Strategy, projects, technology and people often evolve in parallel but not necessarily in the same direction. ViR-AL^® was created to address this gap. It offers a systemic lens to help organizations understand how decisions interact across the system and how change can remain sustainable over time.

Vision, Roadmap, Alignment and Learning form the four elements of this perspective, supported by a central principle: the human factor.
