What you will learn
This 25-hour course is designed to prepare professionals and emerging project managers for the CAPM® (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). The course introduces participants to PMI’s project management framework, principles, processes, and terminology — making it an ideal starting point for those beginning their project management journey. The course can be delivered online or in person upon request, for individuals or corporate groups.

Course Overview
This course can be delivered online over 3.5 full days or 7 half-day sessions. On-site course can be delivered upon agreement.
The course is structured around the current CAPM® Exam Content Outline and provides focused coverage of its four exam domains:
- Project Management Framework and Environment;
- Process Groups and Knowledge Areas;
- Project Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Quality Management;
- Resource, Communication, Risk, and Stakeholder Management;
- Introduction to Agile and Adaptive Environments;
- CAPM® Exam structure and strategies;
- Practice quizzes and exam simulations.
